Richard was the kindest, most gentle hearted soul I ever met. His family always came first and he was always ready and willing to give someone a hand whether they deserved it or not. He was a good man and will be greatly missed by a large number of people. I hope you all take comfort in the fact that he was and will always be loved and respected by all who knew him.

You have a very special person in heaven watching over you in this time of passing. Your dad was one of the best green thumbs when it come to gardens always knew what each plant needed in order to make it grow in the right direction that he wanted. I remember the donkey the dogs when you guys lived out in the country. He was one of the best cooks as well. He went through the hard times but in the end it was always the best that he could make it come out to be.
