About Us

Baucke funeral and monument has a long history in Yuma.  Dan Baucke is a lifelong Yuma resident and a graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science.

Dan and Jan have three sons Justin, Seth and Chad.  Justin graduated from Colorado State University in 2010 with a degree in Wildlife Management.  Justin is a Captain in the United States Marines.  Seth attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado majoring in Ag Business he is currently employed by Bank Of Colorado.  Chad is attending Colorado State University and will graduate this year.  He is planning on attending Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science and then helping his dad in the field.

Dan and Jan have owned the funeral home in Yuma for 35 years and the funeral home in Holyoke for 18 years.  By working together, Dan and Jan bring a family touch to their services.
