Michael Anthony Stark

Michael Anthony Stark was born on December 18, 1972 to Robert Kim Staab and Kathryn Eileen Stark in Sidney, Nebraska. He passed away on May 20, 2015 at his home in Amherst, Colorado at the age of 42. Mike attended school in Broken Bow, Nebraska graduating with the class of 1992. He married Kandi Jo Mckillip on March 5, 1993 in Bushville, Nebraska. To this union three children were born, Michael Allen Stark, Jesse Stark and Lynnette Louise Stark. Mike was employed by OTT Packing in Clinton, Nebraska and Grant, Nebraska for ten years. Sunmart in Ogallala, Nebraska for two years and Grainland Co-op in Amherst for eighty years. He was a member of the Amherst Fire Department and enjoyed being the pit crew for Mike Linginger and Ron Edge. Mike is survived by his wife, Kandi Stark of Amherst, Colorado; Son, Michael Stark and daughter - in law, Rebecca Cordyne Stark of McCook, Nebraska; Ryan Stark of Amherst, Colorado and daughter, Lynnette Stark of Amherst, Colorado; parents, Kathy Staab and Kim Staab of Broken Bow, Nebraska; brothers, Doug Staab, Russel Staab, Robby Staab, Tylor Staab and Aaron Staab all of Broken Bow, Nebraska; sister, Annette Maynarel of Phoenix, AZ along with other relatives and friends. The Memorial Service will be At Baucke Funeral Chapel in Holyoke, Colorado on Thursday, May 28, 2015with Kurk Hatteburg of Amherst officiating. Inurnment will be in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
