I'm so sorry that I can't be there to say goodbye with you. I have been thinking of you and will be with you in spirit tomorrow. Aunt Woodie was one of my favorite people. Love you all.

Just a little note to let you know we are thinking of you all and are so sorry about your loss. Lillian was a dear cousin and we always enjoyed our visits with her. She looks so much like Aunt Mae that she took her place in our hearts. I will miss her letters and family stories. I copied and sent her all the letters Aunt Mae wrote to me about her parents so they will be in her "things". We brought Mom out to Uncle Clarence's funeral and here came Lillian across the yard in her "farm clothes". . . she had just gotten out of the combine!
Farm work has started here so it is a busy time.

Lillian Wheeler family -
Over the past few years, "Miss Lillian" (as she was called by our grandsons) became part of our family. We loved her smile, & the boys loved having her around on holidays and for family dinners. One funny story was the time we asked her if she would like to take some of the leftover pie with her. When asked how much she would like, she said "well, how much can you spare?" We have chuckled about that many times. She was a very kind, gentle woman and will be greatly missed. - Paula, Roy, Christine, Laurie, Keith, Greg, Rune, Jason, Mason and Cody.
