Sandra Geraldine Marshall

Sandra Geraldine (Reid) Marshall was born on September 14, 1941 to Carl Edward and Blanche Ella Mae Camper in Newport News, Virginia.

Sandra had a wide assortment of employment throughout her working years. She owned and operated Cedar Care Home for over a decade and worked at  Cedar dale Care Home as a CNA 2002-2005, then to Richard Lapp Trucking- CDL Semi-Truck Driver 2004-2017, and her current employment was Wray Market - delicatessen associate 2019-2024

Sandra always maintained a bountiful garden and would preserve whatever she grew. She was also actively involved at the senior center, where she enjoyed having tea and chatting with the residents. Known for her caring nature, Sandra always ensured she had sandwiches prepared for the truckers who stopped by the deli. Sandra enjoyed being with her family and with over 30 grandchildren and great grandchildren, she was plenty entertained. Sandra was a giver and a great teacher; full of life and love.

Sandra was preceded in death by her mother Blanche Camper; Father Carl Reid; granddaughter Kily Miller, grandson Sean Swanson, son in law Kurt Miller and grandson in law Mark Flanders and son-in-law Shadwic Weaver.

Sandra is survived by her husband Melvin Marshall, Wray Co;

Children Robert McCart-Eustis TX, Michelle Jorgenson-Louisburg KS, Sherrelle Miller-Kenosha WI, and Angela Cowell-Denver CO. Her sister Patrisha Boggs-California and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Service – Graveside Service on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cope Cemetery in Cope, Colorado.  Baucke Funeral Home directed the service.
