Obituary

Norman N. Duell, 88, of Holyoke, CO, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 17, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 14, 1935, in Ruleton, KS, the youngest of eleven children.

Norm served his country in the Korean War, and after finishing a college degree, pursued a career in insurance. His priorities were family, church and music.

He is survived by his wife, Harriett, of 64 years, his four children, Rebecca Abrahamson, Linnea Bonenberger, Matthew Duell and Andrew Duell, their spouses, 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, one sister and multiple nephews and nieces.

Per his request, interment of his cremains will be a private graveside ceremony for immediate family only. Arrangements have been made through Baucke Funeral Home. The community is invited to an open house on Sunday, May 28, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at 36548 County Road 23, Holyoke, CO.
