Glenva Charlene Eastin was born to Charles Jenison Eastin & Rosella Maxine (Dickson) Eastin on January 31, 1955. She grew up on the family farm in the Abarr community south of Yuma Colorado. She was the middle (#4) of 7 children. Glenva like the rest of her siblings learned at an early age to hand milk a cow and how to use an old hand crank cream separator. These tasks were just a fraction of the farm life she loved. Glenva was a quiet mischievous child with an impish sense of humor & her best friends were her siblings (Bill, Delva, Gary, Linda, Mike & Sara) along with whatever animal she could claim at any given time.
Glenva attended the Yuma school systems her whole life and graduated high school in 1973. Glenva went on to 1 year of college at Trinity Bible College Ellendale, North Dakota in (1977?) While there her favorite pass time was volunteering at local Indian reservations in whatever capacity she could.
In1978 Glenva met & married Larry Balderston from Kansas & lost him to cancer almost 30 years later. Then in 2017 She met & married Thomas Lynn Steinhoff & after a few years divorced.
Glenva is proceeded in death by her parents Charles & Maxine Eastin, her baby sister Sara Lou Eastin, nieces Tracy Diane Buchanan & Trinity Rose Marie Eastin.
Glenva is survived by her siblings Bill Eastin and wife Jan of Greeley, Colorado, Delva Marie Forbes and other half Bob Sullivan, Gary Lane Eastin & wife Marleen of Goltry Oklahoma, Linda Clinkenbeard of Akron, Colorado and Mike Eastin& his other half Rosemary of Utica, Ohio and numerous nieces & nephews other relatives and friends.
