Donna Jean (Harr) Romine

Donna Jean (Harr) Romine was born on August 8, 1948 to Morris and Edith (Snelling) Harr in Yuma, Colorado.  She passed away on February 3, 2026 at the Medical Center of The Rockies in Loveland, Colorado at the age of 77.

Donna graduated from East Peoria Community High School on June 1, 1967.  She later attended Illinois Central College where she graduated on May 19, 1974 with a degree in nursing certified as an LPN.  She worked in nursing until her retirement serving the states of Illinois, Missouri and Colorado. 

Donna was huge into crafts. You could always find her working on cross stitch or crocheting and recently got involved in pottery. She was very active with her community and church.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Edith Harr and her brother, Sonny Harr. 

She was survived by her son Roy Romine (Shannon); grandchildren, Destiny, Tristin and Jeremy and great granddaughter, Elliot of Bartonville, Illinois; brothers, Don Harr (Myrna) of Richmond, Missouri; Roland Harr of Yuma, Colorado; Larry Harr of New Hampshire; sister Bev Lewis (John) of Creve Couer,  Illinois along with many other relatives and friends. 

There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Southern Baptist Church in Yuma, Colorado.  Baucke Funeral Home directed the service.
