Chad Arden Collette was born October 17, 1982 in Denver CO. Eventually moving with his mother JoDel to Kirk CO. At the age of 4 his mother and he joined the Collette family where he lived and learned until he was 18.
Chad’s journey continued on to Sterling CO, where he spent 1 year at Northeastern Junior College. He returned back to Kirk where he started to make it on his own working for multiple family farms. Denver was his next stop, going to work for his uncle Dan at Southglenn Heating and Air conditioning where he began his skills and work ethic for a career in heating and air conditioning. Chad’s passion for success lead him many directions including selling cars, Kirby vacuum sweepers, and building event stadium bleachers all across western United States. Eventually he returned to heating and air conditioning trade where he became quite skilled.
In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, hiking where he had a mountain view or on the great plains. He found peace in sunrises and sunsets as he went for walks with his dogs. Chad truly had a good heart, loved his family and his two dogs that he rescued from a shelter. People often say that you learn from your mistakes, and it is a fact that Chad had gained a wealth of knowledge in his short 38 years of life.
Chad is survived by his fathers, Dennis Collette and Jim Kelley, one brother Mitchell Collette, sister in law Shelley Collette, grandparents Delbert and Pat Liming, Carol Boone. Multiple Uncles, Aunts, nieces, cousins and extended family and friends.
Chad is preceded in death by his mother JoDel Collette, brother Andrew Collette, grandparents Ed and Leona Collette and Howard and Marge Kelley.
Memorial Service – Monday, April 26, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Liberty School in Joes, Colorado with Pastor Pam Coulter officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Kirk Cemetery in Kirk, Colorado. Baucke Funeral Home directed the service.
