Brian Lee Adams

Funeral services were held Friday July 30, 2021 at the Holyoke Cemetery for Brian Lee Adams, age 54, who passed away on Sunday July 25, 2021 at Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke. 

Pastor Gary Rahe of Zion Lutheran Church officiated the services.  Interment was in the Holyoke Cemetery.  Baucke Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Brian Lee Adams, son of Vernon and Marlene Krueger Adams, was born July 21, 1967 at Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke. 

Brian attended Holyoke High School and graduated with the class of 1987. 

Brian worked various jobs in the community and owned and operated a locksmith business on his own.  Brian was a member and retired member of the Holyoke Volunteer Fire Department for over 20 years. 

Brian was a very kind hearted person and always smiled.  He always had time to talk to you if you saw him around town.  He was very proud of all of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  He enjoyed going to sports activities and school functions to support them.

Brian Lee Adams was preceded in death by his mother Marlene Adams; and his grandparents Carl and Gladys Krueger and Herb and Velma Adams. 

He  is survived by his father, Vernon Adams of Holyoke, CO; brother Lenny Adams and wife Connie of England, AR; brother Robie Adams and wife Brenda of Holyoke, CO; and sister Lisa Arkulari and husband Eric of Wray, CO; along with 8 nieces and nephews including Brandy Adams, Dustin Adams, Marti (Dusty) Thomas, Ashley (Emerson) Dominguez; Jennifer (Chad) Tuell; Joshua (Katie) Adams, Kayla (Matt) Fitch, and Keaton (Alea Hardesty) Arkulari; and 10 great nieces and nephews including Gage Tuell, Peyton Adams, Drake Thomas, Dalton Thomas, Avery Adams, Maddie Adams, Krew Fitch, Renli Arkulari, Riggs Arkulari and Kreed Fitch; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
