I am very sorry to hear about Bud's passing. He was a Champion for Conservation. I have never met a man with such passion for what he believes in . We should all take a little of Bud and go to work.

It was my pleasure to work with Bud when he served as President of the Colorado Assn. of Conservation Districts. He was a great innovator for conservation and for agriculture. He was always after me to help tell the story of the Yuma conservation district's successes. We were all very proud when he became President of the National Assn. of Conservation Districts, the only Coloradoan to serve in that capacity.

Gen and family.
So sorry to learn of your loss. I have such fond memories of working with Bud, and you Gen, during my years with NACD, then NRCS and FSA. Bud always had the best interests of farmers and ranchers as his personal mission to service them. He worked so hard to be ensure conservation was brought to the attention of our legislators.

Bud will be missed, but never forgotten.
Linda and Jim Neel.
