David Lee Scott

David Lee Scott was born October 9, 1932 to Charley and Edith (Allen) Scott in Yuma, Colorado.  He passed away on August 23, 2018 at the Woodbridge Terrace in Commerce City, Colorado at the age of 85.

David attended the Yuma Schools.  He joined the US Army in 1953 serving his country until 1955. 

David married Carol Jean Robertson on November 22, 1959 and to this union three children were born, Nancy, Greg and Keli.

David was employed by King Soopers where he worked as a meat cutter. 

David was preceded in death by his parents and all of his siblings.  He is survived by his wife, Carol Scott of Commerce City, Colorado and his three children, Nancy Scott, Greg Scott and Keli (Scott) Ginter along with numerous other relatives and friends.

There was a graveside service for David on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Yuma Cemetery in Yuma, Colorado with Pastor Jaime Nieves officiating.  Baucke Funeral Home directed the service.
