To the Family of Ruth Mc Murdy, May you find comfort, just as I have, in the God of all comfort, Jehovah, (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) in his word the Bible, in Psalms 34:18: Jehovah is close to the broken-hearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit. God's word also says in Isaiah 25:8: He will swallow up death forever And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.....For Jehovah himself has spoken it. (Psalms 83:18; Titus1:2). Isaiah 33:24; Revelation 21:3-5; Acts 24:15; / John 5:28,29; John 11:25,26. I have faith that this is what God's Kingdom under Jesus Christ rulership, will accomplish in the near future, for all those who love righteousness. The true God, promises in his word, in Psalms 37:11,29:..The meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace, 29: The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it. Psalms 104:5; Psalms 115:16; Ecclesiastes 1:4; Job 33:25; Isaiah 35:5,6; Isaiah 65:21,22; Psalms 37:34. (New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)

This special lady was a part of my high school life, the beginning of my career, and the ending of my career, having been my very first customer and my last in my beauty shop, I so remember the very first ever red velvet chocolate cake with cream frosting , she made it for my 18th birthday, had a party at the Rainbow cafe dining room, my parents own it at this time, all of my friends, including her daughter , ate the wonderful cake and had red tongues and mouths, was a laugh and so much fun, the cake was the best ever that I have ever had, her daughter Marianne and I were friends in high school and Marianne was in my wedding, I remember the first time I saw her in her kitchen, cooking or baking, I wondered how she could do it with her handicapped arm, but that didn't stop her one bit, what an amazing person, I was blessed to have her come for my retirement party, it was the highlight of the day, hope she enjoyed at as well, she seemed to have a ball, Ruth, I will miss you, Ardie

Such a pretty lady. My memories::
Awesome cook, artist, and seamstress! Great times as I was growing up--she made fabulous costumes for me on many occasions, she made the best ever German chocolate cake, she and Nash provided a fine example of what marriage should be, she always remembered me on my birthday, and affirmed me in a much needed way. Thank you, Aunt Ruth.
I know you are with your loved ones and beloved Jesus now. No more suffering--only joy!
