George M. "Sonny" Voges

George Maurice Voges was born June 30th 1940 in Haxtun Colorado. He was the second child of George Andrew and Anna M Higdon of Holyoke Colorado. He attended Holyoke schools and graduated in 1958. He worked on the Family Farm And attended CSU in Fort Collins graduating with an AG degree. He continued to work on the Family Farm until it was sold in 19 84. After that he drove a truck owned an antique store and was an insurance adjuster. He loved to travel and was a faithful member of St Patrick's Catholic Church. Where he was a fourth degree Knight of Columbus. He always had a dog for a companion. Many times you would see him out walking with his dog. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and his sister Eva Voges Ferguson and his great-nephew Todd Kramer. He is survived by Karen Kramer and family. Christi hillicker and family. Rance Ferguson and family. And Wade Ferguson and family.
